The firm successfully represents clients in cases for compensation and damages after the loss of loved ones.
In one of the cases, in which a person represented by a member of the firm was a party, the following was decided: as compensation for damages, the amount of PLN 140,000.00 with interest awarded accordingly, PLN 46 ,000.00 as a capitalized pension claim, the amount of PLN 2,000.00 per month as a pension for the plaintiff’s increased needs. At the same time, thanks to the efforts of the law firm’s team – the court ruled on the defendant’s future liability to the plaintiff.
In the subsequent proceedings, an amount of PLN 115,000.00 was awarded to our client as compensation, with interest awarded accordingly.
